Introduction
In October 2010, the Ohio Chapter of the HTCIA decided to update their website to provide a more modern experience for their members. In addition to substantial cosmetic changes, this website also offers new features. The site has been divided in to four main sections: Meetings & Training Events; Members' Section; Student Charters; Resources.
RSS Feeds
Each section is backed with a RSS feed that allows you to subscribe to sections, this way you can receive the latest information as it is posted. Just click on the
at the bottom-left of the page, or use your web browser's RSS button. Many sub-sections also have their own feeds, so if you just want to subscribe to a particular sub-section, just navigate to that section and again, use the
link provided at the bottom of the page (i.e. To subscribe only to updates regarding Events, navigate to Meetings & Training Events).
Mobile Site
We are currently experimenting with options to make the website more accessible on mobile devices (e.g. Android, iPhone).
